Half amazing, half disappointing

The beds were comfortable, working fridge and TV made our stay easier, and USB ports by the bed were a nice touch.

We encountered a frustrating key card issue at 1am, and the area had a slightly odd vibe that raised some concerns.

The bathroom features a jet tub, though it had some quirks. A quick trip for extra towels was hassle-free.

The secondary lock on the door missing raised some security concerns. The room struggled to cool down, the shower curtain barely hanging on, and supplies like toilet paper were absent upon check-in. Outside, a questionable crowd loitered, which didn't help the overall sense of safety.

The beds were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep! The fridge and TV in the room worked perfectly-definitely a plus. With handy USB ports by both sides of the bed, I easily charged my devices.

I was here for a quick stay while visiting family in Gulf Shores, which is about an hour and a half away. The room was decent enough for just showering and sleeping. The beds were comfortable, and there was a fridge and TV that worked fine. However, the bathroom had some issues. the jet tub leaked and the jets didn’t work. It was also a bit inconvenient that we had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper, but the staff helped us without any fuss. Overall, it met our needs for a short visit.

the beds at best inn formerly known as m star were really comfortable, and everything was decently clean. we only showered and slept there, which it served well for. the fridge and tv worked perfectly. Having usb ports by the bed was super handy. the staff also handled the key card issue promptly.

one mild critique is that while the area felt alright, there were some odd vibes outside.

A Decent Stop for the Night

We enjoyed our stay for two nights. the comfortable beds made for a restful sleep. The staff promptly provided us extra towels without fuss. Make sure to bring your own amenities, as the bathroom setup had some quirks, but overall, it was a satisfactory experience for the price.

Amazing place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost necklace on my first stay. I highly recommend trying the seasonal outdoor pool!

It was just a perfect match for an overnight stopping in Chickasaw with extraordinarily good value for money. The person at the front desk was helpful when I asked for extra towels, so that was nice. Check in early if you can to avoid the slow process at night.
